PMS Pavement Management Services Ltd., in collaboration with our key international research partners, provides specialised technical advisory services in transport infrastructure asset management.

We assist transport infrastructure authorities and road agencies in formulating their asset management policies and governance frameworks, as well as development and implementation of asset management strategies and plans for various asset categories, including roads, tunnels, active travel infrastructure and light-rail systems.
